A Breast Augmentation will:


  • Enlarge your breasts
  • Improve your breast shape.
  • Give you a firmer cleavage
  • Improve your body proportions.


If your breasts are small. If you are using a push up bra and your cleavage is not as you would like it. If your clothes don't seem to fit because your breast size is not large enough, breast enlargement may help you.




Loss of cleavage firmness :

  • Can follow pregnancy.
  • Can happen as you get older.
  • Can follow weight loss.


Breasts can lose volume particularly after pregnancy (breast Involution), resulting in breasts which do not seem to have enough volume. Even with push up bras the cleavage is flat and loose. Breast implants help to restore a nice rounded shape with a firm cleavage.

As you get older or after weight loss breast volume can reduce. In these circumstances breast implants can help restore your breast size If there is a large excess of skin it might be necessary to tighten the skin in a breast uplift (mastopexy) and augment operation

Differences in breast size:


  • Small differences can be corrected.
  • Pre-operative sizing will help decide sizes.


Breasts are often slightly different, but if there is a noticeable difference, different size implants might be an answer. If the difference is significant an alternative operation for breast asymmetry might be needed. When we do the breast sizing it will help us decide what is needed.
